🦊 The Fox (শেয়াল) and the Grapes (আঙুর)
One (এক) day (দিন), a hungry (ক্ষুধার্ত) fox (শেয়াল) was walking (হাঁটছিল) through the forest (জঙ্গলের মধ্য দিয়ে)।
He saw (সে দেখল) a bunch of grapes (একগুচ্ছ আঙুর) hanging (ঝুলে ছিল) from a vine (লতা), high on a tree (গাছের উঁচুতে)।
The grapes looked (আঙুরগুলো দেখাচ্ছিল) fresh (তাজা) and juicy (রসালো)।
The fox jumped again and again (বারবার লাফ দিল), but he couldn’t reach the grapes (কিন্তু আঙুর পর্যন্ত পৌঁছাতে পারল না)।
After many tries (অনেক চেষ্টা করার পর), the fox became tired (শেয়াল ক্লান্ত হয়ে গেল) and gave up (হাল ছেড়ে দিল)।
As he walked away (দূরে চলে যাওয়ার সময়), he said,
👉 “Those grapes are probably sour.” (ও আঙুরগুলো নিশ্চয়ই টক।)
He tried to hide his disappointment (সে তার হতাশা লুকানোর চেষ্টা করল) by pretending he didn’t want them (সে ভান করল যে সে আঙুর চায় না)।
